“What Stood Out Was Just How Caring Everyone Was.”

What is your name?

My name is Leah Tealey and I am 33 years old!

When did you come in for your Boudoir Shoot? What made you decide to book?

My first experience was earlier this year. I’ve always wanted to do it and I saved enough money to go for it! I booked because I wanted to find my confidence and self-esteem.

You’ve been to us two times. The first time as an experience by yourself, and the second as a Couples Experience with your lovely boyfriend Sam. How has each experience been different for you?

The first experience I was so nervous but so excited. The photos were so out of this world that they made me cry. I still struggle to believe that they’re me! The second experience was with my partner, Sam, and I was just so super excited. I just knew the outcome would be amazing and we were both made to feel so comfortable. Again, the photos were incredible! It was such a special experience to share with Sam as well.

And what did Sam think of the experience? Can you ask him too!

Sam thought it was an amazing experience. It boosted his confidence too and it was what he wanted captured and more. We did some Boudoir like shots and then he did some family portraits with his dog, Bailey. He commented on the friendliness and professionalism of everyone too.

Obviously, we have quite in depth phone calls with you before your experience! Do you feel that it was an important part of the photography experience? Do you feel it added to the experience?

Having the phone calls definitely helps, it helps to build a picture for everyone to help know the individual for the shoot but also get to know you guys and not feel uncomfortable.

Having a professional makeup artist work with you on the day, do you think this added to the experience, and what did it do for your confidence coming into the shoot??

It just took so much pressure off! It made me feel so amazing.

Tell us - what was the moment you saw your photos for the first time like?

When I first saw my photos I cried. I just could not believe it was me. They are simply amazing and the quality is incredible.

Confidence is a big thing - in fact it is everything. How has this boudoir experience elevated who you are in different areas of your life - for example has this confidence affected your relationship or your career?

I now have so much more confidence in myself! I used to always hate my legs but this experience gave me the chance to see them in a different light. So it’s a big thing to say I finally like my legs! It made me feel more confident with my partner Sam. It gave me the confidence to let him see all of me, even what I used to consider the “bad bits.”

If this experience helped you find part of you that you believe you had lost or maybe felt you had to hide away, which part of you do you believe you have been able to rediscover because of your boudoir experience with us?

It’s helped me gain so much more confidence in myself. I can take things in my stride now because I feel good.

What stood out for you about this experience?

What stood out was just how caring everyone was. Everybody was so nice about everything; they make you feel so at ease. Neill, my photographer, was so professional and lovely during my photoshoot as well. It was simple things too, like he looked at my eyes the whole time and never made me feel awkward for a second.

We know we are not cheap, but some times we just need to know that we are worth spoiling outs selves, do you believe that this was money well spent?

It was definitely money well spent! It is worth every penny. The quality of the photo is amazing and it’s the fact I know this feeling will last.

What would you say to anyone considering a Divine Divas experience? Especially to anyone who is struggling with nerves…

Anyone considering this - go for it. It’s a choice you will never regret. This experience is worth every penny. It truly is, from start to finish.
