Bridal Boudoir is such a gorgeous experience - and something we don’t talk about enough!
It is fabulous for so many reasons. For one, it creates such a beautiful gift for a loved one; it’s an opportunity to make something that is truly tailored, that can speak to your loved story; it’s a present that allows you to say thank you for the role your partner has played in the support they have given - and it has just the right amount of naughtiness thrown in! (This is Boudoir after all!) It definitely makes sure your partner walks down the aisle feeling like the luckiest person alive!
And secondly, it gives you a boost. There is a lot of pressure to feel confident, to feel like a princess, on your Wedding day. That can be pretty daunting, especially if you suffer with low self-esteem. So, not only does this gift ensure that your partner gets a gift they will NEVER forget, it also means you can walk into your married life seeing yourself through their eyes, and with all the confidence, and power, that brings.

When do we suggest coming in for your Bridal Boudoir Experience?
So, if you are planning to give the gift on or just after your Wedding day, at the very minimum, you need to make sure you come in 3-5 weeks before the Big Day. This is because it takes 3-5 weeks to create your finished artwork!
However, it is worth considering that you may want to spread payments and you do not receive your artwork until you have finished paying. So if you are thinking you will want to spread the cost, make sure you leave enough time to do that. We will make sure your gift is ready for you to collect, or is sent to you, as soon as everything has been paid for.
Do we have any tips for your Bridal Boudoir Experience?
Yes! We have two. One, as always, make use of the Discovery Calls. The discovery calls are the time you take before your Bridal Experience to connect with your confidence, and it’s also the time we have to get to know you, your partner, and your love story. It’s important that you don’t multi-task during these calls! It means that you’ll be both practically and mentally prepared AND it also means we can really get to know you and consequently design something original and truly tailored for you both. Which leads me onto my next tip…
Bring in sentimental touches! For example, you could wear one of your partner’s shirts? You could surprise them by including something that both means the world to you, or nods to your love story - maybe that’s a book, or a piece of jewellery bought by your partner? And on that note, make sure to wear your engagement ring! It’s always gorgeous to feature it in your photos.
Do I need to wear bridal lingerie?
Quick answer? No.
Long answer? Here goes…
So, yes, of course, it is a beautiful opportunity to shine in your Bridal Lingerie so we do recommend that wearing that can be really beautiful. But do you remember the golden rule of Boudoir? It’s all about what makes YOU feel good!
So, if bridal lingerie isn’t your cup of tea - don’t wear it! Do whatever feels most special, most empowering, for you and your partner. Maybe that’s a leather jacket and Doc Martens? Maybe that’s nude? Maybe that’s in cosplay?
It’s also worth saying that in every Bridal Boudoir Experience, we make time for two outfit changes so you could always do one look in your Bridal Lingerie, and another in something totally different.

What Bridal Boudoir Gifts Can We Create?
If you’re looking for something intimate that you can hand over on the day, then we have our gorgeous albums and treasure boxes with your favourite photos enclosed inside. It’s a gorgeous memento that you can both enjoy together, and can be given on the day of your Wedding day, the morning after, or on the Honeymoon.
A lot of our Divas do also choose something to go in their home as well, often for the bedroom or in their partner’s space, for example something to go over their partner’s desk so that they always have that reminder of how grateful you are for them. We always think that is a lovely and moving idea!
As you Divas may already know, we know that wall art is a proven way to make sure the confidence, and the message that you feel from your experience, stays with you and your loved ones - because you see it everyday! Also, in this context, it’s a gorgeous symbol of your new chapter, and the love shared between you both.
Top Tip: If you go for wall art, we can also print a handwritten letter from you to them on the back as well. In that letter, you could share what they mean to you, what you want them to know, and we’ll have it printed onto the back as a secret for you both to share.
Do we recommend keeping it as a secret?
If you’d like to keep it a secret so you can reveal it on the big day, we are more than happy to do that!
However, we have to say - it can be really fun to actually include your partner in the planning of your Bridal Boudoir. From our experience, it means the partner can get involved in the day which really takes it to that next level. It means we can talk to them on the phone and truly understand how they see you (and help you see that too), you can pick outfits together and, finally, it means you can also choose the artwork together. Seeing your photos for the first time is often an emotional moment, and it can be a gorgeous thing to share together as a couple. On a practical level, if you’re choosing wall art for the home, you might find you appreciate their input too!
But, like we said, it is totally up to you! We will do whatever feels magical for you.
